The owner and staff were super nice and accommodating, rooms were spacious with all the essentials, and the hotel's location close to the beach at a good price was a major plus. Beach access was on point, offering a relaxing spot right nearby, which was awesome. cleanliness could have been better; some areas seemed a bit neglected, with a bit of dust and spider webs around, but it didn't ruin the overall good experience. 🏖️

The staff seemed good. The location was great - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 20 minutes to walk to Calangute to Mapusa bus stop.

the owner, Filip Fernandez, was incredibly helpful and understanding. the rooms were spacious with all amenities. the friendly staff, especially caretaker lady Manju, provided excellent service. the location near the beach was convenient, and the prices were reasonable compared to other options.

The rooms here are spacious and clean, and come with balconies, kitchenware, and air conditioning 🌟. the price is reasonable at USD 5869. the location is amazing, close to everything you need to see and do.

The location here is top-notch - right by the beach in a tranquil area. It's super peaceful around here. 🌊 We ventured out for dinner and stumbled upon Fish and Curries, just a short walk away from this place.
